In August 2015, EAC was awarded a Real Estate contract for a 12,000 square foot dog daycare center located in Pennsylvania. The purpose of this appraisal was to develop and report and opinion of the Fair Market Value of the property to provide a basis for a sale price. The appraisal was conducted and all reports were prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), as well as the 1989 Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act (FIRREA).
